BO is a pretty decent server as far as PVP and WOE goes, but apart from that, it needs to rework itself. The economy is very bad. Players suddenly start selling things at throw-away prices. Also, the Thanatos quest has been disabled, along with other quests of the original.

Server stability / availability is really good pretty much always online 24/7 no lag
Community you'll find help sometimes don't beg for items/zeny you'll make people mad and get muted
Game master friendliness is average// Availability is bad helpfullness is ok when they're online

the server in itself is wicked except when you get to pvp as everyone on the server without fail will KOS you as as soon as you spawn your dead basically apart from that it's good advice go to pvp witha friend!

Well, like most high rate servers the Economy, Class balance and Guild Competition kind of sucks.. But, overall it's a pretty nice server, best High Rate server I played on so far. I wish I saw more from the GM's, and that they keep an eye on the rules, but ah well. Goodluck in the future / Mois~

My biggest complaints about this server is its custom items, donating system and the market. They look so freaking horrible. Alot of their items are aweful looking and grossly overpowered. A opal in the market varies from 1k-1mil zeny, wtf?

BlackoutRO was a fresh change from other servers I've played on. The shopping mall does provide most of the good equips, so it helps with the item-hunting. Also, the ability to change back to Novice High at job level 90 is refreshing.

It´s a great HR server to spend time, but it doesn´t seem to be very stable, it has problems at least six times this week, but instead of that, it´s great. It doesn´t have good economy, because you simply can buy all in the shopping
